Returns
What items cannot be returned?
We do not offer returns on plants. However, depending on the issue, we may be able to ship out a replacement. Please contact our customer service team with photos of the damaged plant to arrange a replacement.
How do I return an item?
To return an item, it must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs. Once we receive the returned item, we will process an exchange or refund within three business days. Alternatively, you can bring the item back to our store, and we can complete the return that same day.
What is your return period?
We accept returns on merchandise (pots, etc.) within 30 days of purchase. Please note that it may take up to 10 days from the date of return to see the original payment post back to your card.
