If I place an order for pick up, where should I go to collect it?
Head to our front counter and let them know you are here for a pick up. If you are here to pick up bagged goods you may pull into the parking lot and call into our store. We will then bring your order to your vehichle.

Will I earn Loyalty Points with my order?
Loyalty Points are only earned when making in-store purchases.
Payment
How do I use my Gift Card as payment?
Unfortunately, our giftcards only work at a physical location only and can not be used towards purchases online.
Can I use my loyalty coupon or a coupon that I received in the mail?
Coupons are only redeemable at our physical location.
Returns
What happens if my product arrives damaged?
Please contact us immediately if your product arrives damaged. Do not plant a poor-quality or damaged plant, even if you think it might thrive.
Note: Your trees or plants may look wilted or dry on arrival. This is usually common after transport and nothing to be concerned about. Water your tree or plant properly and it should rejuvenate.
What items cannot be returned?
We do not offer returns on plants. However, depending on the issue, we may be able to ship out a replacement. Please contact our customer service team with photos of the damaged plant to arrange a replacement.
How do I return an item?
To return an item, it must be unused and in the same condition as when you received it. Customers are responsible for their own return shipping costs. Once we receive the returned item, we will process an exchange or refund within three business days. Alternatively, you can bring the item back to our store, and we can complete the return that same day.

What is your return period?
We accept returns on merchandise (pots, etc.) within 30 days of purchase.

Is there a warranty on plants?
Full-price trees and shrubs hardy for Northern Ohio are guaranteed for 50% of their original cost for six months. Trees and shrubs that do not survive due to viability or quality issues unrelated to customer care will receive a credit worth 50% of the dead plant’s value towards purchasing a replacement plant. The customer will be responsible for paying the difference between the 50% credit and the cost of the replacement plant. No cash refunds will be given.
